Anyone have any familiarity with code D0350? Can this be used to bill for intraoral photos taken of lesions, etc?

I have never heard of this either. We take IO photos and do not bill the insurance or the pt for them.

We’ve used this code and have charged $40 and some insurances pay for it and some do not. I use this code on all new patient appts. Never had charged for it until accidentally updating fees in computer and it updated to a $40 charge. We thought we’d wait and see if insurance would pay and some do and some do not.
