Soreness in dominant hand

I have been experiencing a soreness in my dominant hand when gripping instrument. I have been very cautious of how I’m holding the instruments and trying not to have a strong grip all the time. Does anyone have any tips or stretches for my hand that might help? I’m only 2 years into my career I need to fix it now!

My suggestion would be to see a doctor and find the cause through diagnostics. I wouldn’t want you to damage your hand more unknowingly because you were “treating” the wrong cause. The other thing I want to mention is about the shape of your instruments: Are they worn out? Are they sharp? Not having proper equipment isn’t only bad for the patients, but is hard on your body. Good luck to you!
