Standing while providing hygiene treatment

Does anyone alternate between standing and sitting while they work? Do you find that it lessens muscle fatigue or pain?

For some hygienists, alternating sitting and standing while treating patients helps quite a bit! As long as you can bring the patient up in the chair enough that you aren’t hunching and putting yourself in positions that hurt your ergonomics, you should give it a go and see how it works for you.
