Any advice for a staff who suddenly has a new dentist/ employer?

Our dentist just sold the practice to a new dentist. We start working with him November 3rd.

Be open to new ideas and concepts. He/she more than likely will be fresh out of school or at least few years out in practice. Hopefully everyone likes each other or you will soon be looking for another job.

This same scenario has recently happened to our office. The best thing I think one can do its embrace his vision of how he wants to run his practice. Our office staff is stressed to the max. Everyone is walking on eggshells and some are throwing others under the bus to advance their position to secure their job. All I can say his lay low and hang on.
