Best disinfection method for brushes used to clean dentures in office?

Currently my office stores the denture brushes that we use to clean dentures/night guards in the cold sterilization container. This doesn’t seem proper to me since throughout the day dirty stuff is being added to the cold sterilization and then we are taking the brush out, cleaning the denture, then putting the brush back in. I’ve expressed concern for the need for the brushes to have their own separate container. Does anyone have any tips/recommendations and/or articles that pertain to the proper disinfection of these brushes? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ummmmm…….disgusting!!!
I always have denture brushes that I hand out like we do regular toothbrushes. When we clean their appliance we use a brand new brush and place it in their goodie bag letting them know they now have a new denture brush that we used to clean their denture. I hope you clean the denture etc inside a clean water filled beaker with the denture in a water/tartar/stain remover solution ziplock bag with said beaker going inside the ultrasonic bath so there is not any contamination of the denture being exposed to the dirty ultrasonic bath water………

I have ALWAYS done what Hygenius does…give the patient the brush!! I can’t imagine reusing them.

I would not clean them at all over re-using denture brushes… Gross

I agree with the 1st two. The thought of reusing is GROSS! Besides, I thought we were done with cold ‘sterile’!
