Best kind of fluoride varnish?

We are currently using 3M, but what with the wait time for hot/crunchy things, I was interested to learn that Young Dental says their D-lish varnish doesn’t require a wait time for hot liquids. Being that I have coffee drinkers, this would be nice! Either way, what are your offices using any why? Also, what release rates (there are studies saying the 3M varnish is continuing to release fluoride after 6 hours) and information have you come across to help your office choose which kind to carry? Thanks!

The offices I have worked for have used Young and 3M varnish (interesting you mentioned both these!). 3M was used because of the research and Young was used because of the good flavors.
