Author Note:
has anyone done a degree completion program online? Which programs are good? I got my associates because there was no option of a bachelors program at my school.

The ADHA has a list of degree completion programs that are accredited: http://www.adha.org/dental-hygiene-programs
I’m partial to Oregon Institute of Technology because that’s my alma mater. The biggest thing to look for in degree completion programs is if they are accredited. Otherwise, the choice of program really comes down to having your credits reviewed by a particular program(s) and seeing where you are in terms of how many more classes you need to take and the cost. I don’t like to assume, however I would assume that many degree completion programs are about the same as far as curriculum, as that is where accreditation comes in – the same thing applies as far as being a “good” program. All in all, it comes down to your particular situation and figuring out which program fits your needs.
