Dr overtreating

I really like my job, but it is within a corporate office. Sometimes the TX that the dr. recommends, I don’t agree with and it is completely unnecessary. I am just wondering if it would be a mistake to quit and find a new job or should i just stick it out?

If you are not comfortable with the ethics or standard of care at an office, I would move on. Of course, have a job lined up before you resign. This is obviously easier said than done! Some might say to have a chat with the doctor and express your concerns, but in my experience, that has never gone over well. Ultimately, you need to decide if you can sleep soundly at night with the care your patients receive. Best of luck!
