Has anyone experienced this ?

During work I’m feeling a muscle in my right elbow.It doesn’t hurt it just is a gross feeling . Has anyone experienced this before ? Have you stretched it or just leave it alone and hope it heals ? I’ve been going to yoga but I’m not sure if it’s a good idea or not

First, check how you are holding your instruments. Are you using a death-grip to hold them? Are your instruments sharp? Just some things to think about. I made the mistake of thinking my shoulder “would heal” and now it’s actually showing signs of muscle atrophy and has gotten worse (I have an X-ray and MRI scheduled next week and am not to use my whole right arm at the moment) Point being, I would see a doctor sooner than later. Hygiene is great, but it sure can break you down! I hope you heal fast!
