intraoral cameras

We are using digidoc cameras with eaglesoft software and have had nothing but problems. Our sales person told us that this is unique to our office….Is there anyone else out there experiencing this? and what cameras do you like?

We use Sopro. I’d call technical support for your cameras and or make the guy come back and fix the issue. Eaglesoft could help too.

We use eagle soft but are using Schick cameras. They are auto focus so that has it’s pros and cons but for the most part we’ve been very pleased. Easy to use and durable. (30 employee office so lots of handling) Stay on your rep though. They need to make it right one way or the other.
