I’m not a fan of Invisalign except for minor tooth movements. The main reason I don’t like it is because the teeth have to be stripped in between to cause movement and you cannot move molars correctly. Tradition Ortho will work best and even the lingual braces are great if pt is concerned with other people seeing that they have braces. I think Invisalign has some advantages, but only for small movements.
I am with Hygenius. If all that is needed is small movements, say to restraighten anterior teeth following full ortho, it can be helpful. Ortho is a tricky specialty and should be done by orthodontists that have all the tools to do what is needed for proper alignment and occlusion, in my opinion.
