National boards

Hi I am a dental hygiene student with 3 months of school left. I just took my national board on Monday and not sure how I should feel after ? I seem to only remember the mistakes I made and the entire test seems like a blur to me, Can someone tell me if this is normal and how they felt after taking this exhausting exam ? Thank you !

It’s completely normal. There is so much information to know and the exam is so long. Have confidence in knowing you know your stuff. I’m sure you did great! Good luck with the rest of school and good luck with your career 🙂 it’s a very rewarding profession.

I felt like I failed the national board. I was so scared……but…..every time I felt like I failed a test I did just fine. However, every time I felt good after the test I usually didn’t do well at all. So from my history I knew I would be okay…..I still stressed over it until I saw that Number!! Lol

It is normal! I am sure the entire country feels that way. The NBDHE is really challenging, that is for sure.

I hope all went well!
