Perio Office

I’ve been an RDH for 4 years now & just started working for a periodontist 1x/week. As many of you know, it is a little more involved. Do you have any suggestions on best instrumentation for furcations and calculus removal techniques in those areas? Also, what would you write in the report for the general dentist (obviously it is diff for each patient, but some general guideline suggestions would be helpful!)? And lastly, are there any really good sites/forums specific to working in a perio office that I could refer to?
