Protocol during coronavirus

I work for a dentist who refuses to close due to the coronavirus. In fact, he is trying to fill his schedule with regular exams and cleanings. He is not asking patients if they have traveled, isn’t taking temperatures and has disregarded what has been suggested by the ADA. I have refused to go to work and he is happy to not pay me so doesn’t care. What should I do about what he is doing? He is putting his remaining staff and patients at unnecessary risk. Additionally, he is a member of a close knit community in which there have been known cases.

I am in the exact same situation! I was just about to post myself. Patients are continuing to schedule and I feel like a bad team member refusing to work. I don’t have an answer for you but you are doing the right thing.
