1.) Do you ever get bored of the day-to-day activities of a DH?
2.) Where do you practice and how long have you been a DH?

1) not really because every patient of everyday is different. I do get stressed of the day to day activities of a DH
2)I practice in Coral Springs Florida for 34 years

1) I don’t necessarily get bored, because like what TaxyMom said, every patient is different. There are times when I get kind of burnt out feeling from working long hours and having neck/back pain.
2) I practice near Chicago, IL and have been doing hygiene for about 3 years.
3) I would say having good social skills. It helps make your patients feel much more comfortable if you are able to have some casual conversations other than just “tooth talk”. It’s also nice you have good social skills so you are able to work well with your team of clinical staff.
