Same job, different offices – what to write on your resume?

Hi there! I am currently working 2 part-time hygiene positions and am looking for a full time position. I’m leaving each place for different reasons – one is an hour away but great staff, the other has a dentist who does not care anymore but is only 30 min away.
My issue is that now that I have some experience…. I don’t know what to write on my resume! Both offices operate so differently and I do completely different work in each. They are both a general practice… I don’t know how to differentiate or what phrases to use to describe my hygiene experience/skills. This will be the first time I actually describe hygiene skills in an office setting and I’m at a loss looking for something to make it stand out and how to show I did different things in each office…. what are some phrases to use…. or how do you write what you did when you have had maybe 5 hygiene jobs but the offices were all different? Help!! Thank you!!

How to phrase things and how I built my resume was doing a Google search for “dental hygienist resume” and clicking on images. I got some good ideas of verbiage by looking at the several examples that came up, then making it my own that described my positions the best. Some people have their resume done by a resume service, however I don’t think that’s absolutely necessary.
