So upset and confused!

I had to retake the NERB clinical on aug 20th and I failed! The results say I didn’t remove the calculus!! I graduated from a accredited program and I never had problems in removing calculus for 3years in clinic! I just don’t understand and I don’t know what to do!!

I failed my mock boards due to the anatomy of roots on a patient. The instructors said the roots felt the same after I was finished. I learned not to pick a patient that genetically can have strange root anatomy. My mock board was from Mexico and never had a cleaning. I did remove the calculus, but the roots felt the same so I failed. I picked well for my real board and scored 100%. You just try, try again………I learned that day patient selection is very important. Good luck. Do not let this define or defeat you! You can do this! Again!
