The dental agency send the resume to the dentist in Sanfernando valley Los angeles who needs temp rdh. it is so hard to hear from the dentists for the temp jobs! is it still having many dental hygienist school out there with flooded hygienist. it is so sad still wait for the temp or at least 2 days per. Whether its for a permanent position or a temp position, there are just so many hygienists looking for work that each job posting gets an overwhelming number of applicants. When an office receives hundreds of resumes, its hard (much too time consuming) for them to contact everyone who applied; which is probably why you aren’t hearing back. You just have to keep at it and get experience little by little. It is a frustrating situation in the hygiene job market for sure! Best of luck!
