The left and right tips are easier to adapt to the con cavities of inter proximal surfaces. Remember the piezoelectric movement of the tip is Linear and only two side of the tip are active unlike the magnetostrictive which is Linear and Elliptical with all sides Active.
That’s why the left and right is easier to use to adapt the active sides against the tooth.
Unfortablety the left and right tips I have don’t fit the hand piece the office I work in. We have one size to work with and it’s pretty large.
You can’t perform to your best if you don’t have the right tools. I would place your order immediately so that you have enough tips to use on at least 6-8 patients a day. Order different ones that interest you.
Tips also wear out just like cavitron inserts. You need to order the card that you match up the tip to so that you can see how much strength/life is left in the instrument.
